0. extract with winrar or 7zip (freeware, search it with google)
1. put unnamed_21.bin to ...\KONAMI\Pro Evolution Soccer 2009\gakserver\img\cv09.img folder
2. put unnamed_1165.bin to ...\KONAMI\Pro Evolution Soccer 2009\gakserver\img\ga0f.img folder

(i put my relink.xls too, if you wanna make some change)
